- Provide detailed documentation of all food service equipment to allow for competitive pricing optimization
- Assist with bidding process
- Prepare “Final Set of Drawings” for Architect
- Prepare fully coordinated CAD working drawings and mechanical rough-in plans and tabulation indication utility service information for each piece of equipment furnished under the equipment contract
- Project management through installation and training
